Prograss bio Ltd was set up with the goal of developing a range of plant based biostimulant products to make plants grow healthier with less disease and without the need for harmful chemicals.
This was in direct response to the removal of chemicals from the market which turf managers and horticultural growers alike had used to fight pests and diseases.
We set about to developing products that are proven to help plants fight off disease and pest attack by triggering the plants own defence mechanism before an attack occurs. This primes the plant and makes it ready to fight off a disease outbreak or deal with an insect attack.
In 2017 we launched Promote biostimulant, which is
based around natural plant derived extracts. This was followed by a bioflavonoid based product called Flav-x in 2018. The combination of these two products have enabled sports-turf and horticultural managers across Europe and North America to grow healthier plants and reduce their fertiliser and chemical bills.
We now export our products from our base in Ireland to 8 countries around the world. Prograss bio Ltd continues to develop and bring new Biostimulant products to
these markets to enable growers increase their profits and results.
